Living these values, we encourage our team to educate themselves both inside and outside the firms four walls. Our two principles completed a rigorous Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) designation to expand the value to our clients. Being a member of IIC Partners and AESC affords us the opportunity to compare our processes to our competition, globally. At the onset of every search, we look to our history and research practices of previous projects to understand the most productive pathways to talent for our clients. At the closure of each search, our team conducts a best practice review and we survey our clients and candidates to understand what we learned and to continually improve our process.

We too, work with outside consultants to improve our products and services. We bring this established and iterative learning to the benefit of our clients. Since 1986 we have used these best practices to develop and adapt to every evolution of the marketplace with the sole purpose of serving our clients. Harvey started this company with a simple, noble objective: to feed his family. Our clients feed hundreds of thousands of families through the delivery of their products, goods and services.
