TODD HOHAUSER

CEO, FEA

Todd provides strategic direction for HH&A, ensuring the firm continues to be a leader in the industry. In this capacity, he provides guidance, training and support for the team. Todd also maintains an active role on the client-side of the business. He plays an active role in client development by fostering strong relationships and high-level service delivery. Interacting and performing face to face interviews with potential candidates, he assesses executives fit with his corporate clients culture.

ERIC HOHAUSER

PRESIDENT, FEA

Eric likes to roll up his sleeves and lead by example. He partners with clients to define and identify the integration of key leaders in a variety of industries. He leads a forensic assessment that provides a 360-perspective on the company and the industry, as well as how its corporate culture supports the goals and objectives. Then, Eric identifies key performance indicators to build the leadership team that will provide the talent to meet the established goals and objectives. Finally, he applies a wealth of industry knowledge and experience-based intuition to define the key competencies and attributes needed by a candidate to be successful within the culture and the position.

SAM FRANK

Vice President, Executive Search

Sam has a deep understanding of the strategic and cultural issues that affect business owners.  After 30 years of running his own businesses and as a past client of HH&A, he recognizes the difficulty of finding candidates that “fit” and the impact a successful placement has within a company and its leadership. His passion is working with leaders to problem solve issues and provide clarity of purpose essential to finding the ideal leader. Sam’s approach of open and honest communication keeps his clients connected throughout their search. Results-driven, using a process that includes a blend of problem-solving, strategy, and relationship building, Sam fosters a paths to successful outcomes.

JODI ELLIS

DIRECTOR, EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT

Jodi manages the executive recruitment process to identify and attract key leaders to fill critical positions. She partners with the clients to gain a solid understanding of the position requirements and corporate culture and then customizes a recruitment strategy. Honesty and transparency are paramount to Jodi in the identification of the right fit and it also produces expeditious results.

NICOLE REGULA

Vice President, Executive Recruitment Operations

In conjunction with the President, Nicole manages the executive recruitment operations and functions of the firm. Nicole provides leadership, coaching and guidance to the team, and promotes continuous improvement. She manages and leads recruitment projects and develops long-term professional and business networks. Nicole also works closely with the CFO, and together, they foster a results-driven search execution, and strategic plan development and implementation.

KATE SCOTT

Working with a lead consultant, Kate partners with clients to gather company information, candidate requirements and cultural needs. Together, they determine the specific knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as behavioral and personality traits needed in candidates. Kate then identifies and interviews candidates to determine their potential alignment and interest in the position, recruiting them into the process. She manages the tasks and projects required to meet business needs that support attracting, hiring, and retaining excellent talent for HH&A clients.

REBECCA ELDRED

CFO

Rebecca is responsible for overseeing finances, planning, projections and management of all of HH&A assets. These include payroll, payables & receivables, and, of course, the company’s human resources. She is also key in maintaining master files and communications with clients and candidates.

CHANNING LIMBAUGH

DIRECTOR OF IT SERVICES

Mr. Limbaugh began his career as a risk analysis contractor on Air Force bases throughout Southern California.

After completing the Spares and Costs Project for the Delta III rocket program, and the closing of Norton AFB, he transitioned to the financial services industry in Orange County, CA.

Starting as a network engineer, then moving to the business side, Mr. Limbaugh implemented automated underwriting (AU) systems, management reporting and dashboards, and built custom software for ensuring federal compliance with red-lining and anti-money laundering legislation.

SHANNON BINKOWSKI

Operations Administrative Assistant

Shannon’s career started in a professional office setting as a receptionist.  Through both work experience and education, she advanced her career into the field of Human Resources. Shannon learned early on that empowering employees promotes a vested interest in a company.

Strategic and innovative, Shannon ensures client satisfaction through the support she provides the Team for quality outcomes, data, and ongoing relationship building.

What do you like to do in your spare time, family and home life?

In my spare time, I enjoy putting the pieces together and doing a lot of crossword and jigsaw puzzles. Bringing people together is also a big part of what matters at home and outings, keeping me surrounded by family. Travel with my wonderful wife Vickie includes introducing my children and grandchildren to new cultural experiences. Always been a teacher and a mentor.

Tell me something most people would not know about you:

I cherish my long-time relationships and communicate on a daily basis with 4 or 5 of my high school friends.

What do you like to do in your spare time, family and home life?

I enjoy travelling internationally and gaining insight on the world with my wife and family. This new perspective includes learning about the culture in other parts of the world – food, art, history, life-views and how other people find balance in their lives. I was raised in Michigan and now live in Ferndale. The active lifestyle and the growing buzz in the region is exciting to be a part of.

Tell me something most people would not know about you:

As a raving fan of super heroes, I’m a long time reader of comic books with a collection that spans three decades.

What are the strengths of your experience and personality that you bring to your position that provides value to the clients?

Todd’s background in social sciences, combined with an MSM in Business, helps him to advise the firm from a broad, well-rounded perspective. For 16 years, he has helped privately held and publically traded companies navigate the recruitment process. Todd offers business owners and leaders a strong understanding of what makes a good executive and how to attract, recruit and retain the best talent. Whether its client or candidate, Todd has the ability to truly hear what people are telling him and “put himself in their shoes.” He considers all aspects to present the best fit for the position. As a second generational business leader, Todd brings a progressive, forward-thinking approach to everything he does.

A Master of Science in Management is more than a degree, it is how Eric applies his experience to cut through the sometimes murky perceptions of a corporate culture and to clearly see what’s going on. He unveils a qualitative and quantitative reality that can be stated and reported, as well as a vision that can be followed and measured. Eric knows that understanding human behavior is a key element in turning multiple disciplines to an aligned culture.

What do you like to do in your spare time, family and home life?

Bringing family and friends together is important in all areas of my life. I’m an avid fisherman as a sport and a fisher of people as a recruiter. Married to my soulmate, I enjoy spending every minute together whether it’s doing chores on a weekend or out fishing and enjoying nature.

Tell me something most people would not know about you:

I understand facing challenges firsthand. As a child, I had to overcome dyslexia to learn how to read and write.

What do you like to do in your spare time, family and home life?

I enjoy landscaping, my family, golf, kite surfing and spending time with my wife and 3 children.

I am a gold all-world athlete and a 15-time iron man competitor.

What do you like to do in your spare time, family and home life?

My spare time is spent with family. Everything I do and think about is for my children. My son and daughter are my first thought of the day, my motivation, my growth, my love. We are active explorers, travelers and camping enthusiasts. I value teaching my children strong character qualities, morals and ethics which is clear when you meet them. Parenting is not easy but is worth more than I could have ever imagined.

Tell me something most people would not know about you:

I expect a lot from myself and personal growth is most important. Setting intentions, taking moments throughout the day to reflect on what I’m grateful for, practicing self-care and striving to do and be more for myself and those around me.

What do you like to do in your spare time, family and home life?

My passion in life has always been focused on family and supporting my children’s love for athletics and academics. My oldest son plays D1 hockey at Ohio State University, and another son who is signed with the Chicago Blackhawks NHL. My daughter is a dedicated freshman at Tulane University. I enjoy spending time with my fiancé (Sean); cooking, fishing, hockey and football.

Tell me something most people would not know about you:

I have a mentally challenged brother, Bryan. At 6 months old, he was diagnosed with Spinal Meningitis and had 2 neurosurgeries by the age of one. Bryan lives with my parents, whom have devoted their life to caring for his special needs.  Our family wouldn’t change a thing!

A team player and leader by nature, from education to healthcare, Nicole is easily adaptable with a passion for embracing the variety of people and situations. She brings value to the HH&A team by assessing the opportunities that each day, each client, and each candidate brings. Nicole is a good listener and committed to providing premier opportunities to clients, candidates and families worldwide by genuinely getting to know them and their specific leadership needs. I love spending time with my three wonderful children, my extended family and friends. I also enjoy going to see movies, reading, gardening, and home projects.

A life-long learner, I have a big interest in science. In addition to my liberal arts degree, I also have a considerable education in the biological sciences.

What do you like to do in your spare time, family and home life?

I live in Grand Blanc with the love of my life, Jeff, and we’re raising 4 children – 2 daughters, 2 sons and proud grandparents of first grandson. Our family enjoys an active life of camping, boating and traveling as well as many family functions.

Tell me something most people would not know about you:

As a couple, we enjoy riding our Harleys and exploring the beauty of Michigan from a roadside seat, heading north and experiencing the adventure with friends.

Establishing & meeting deadlines and Rebecca’s organization are key strengths in taking projects through the HH&A process with checks and balances. Her attention to detail ensure reporting is on time, accurate and comprehensive.

Managing the information and data flow for our Executive Recruiters allows me to see many facets of our Search and Candidate selection Processes. This view provides opportunities to collect pools of knowledge and market mapping that ensure each Search is a success.

What do you like to do in your spare time, family and home life?

As the father of two girls, there’s not a lot of spare time, but we enjoy visits to the Detroit Institute of Art, The Henry Ford, Detroit Zoo and often go the library as a family.

I was there at Circuit City for the Midnight launch of Windows 95.  After 16 years as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, on all my personal machines, I now run Linux.

Shannon is a proud mother of three; providing unconditional love, support, and guidance to her children as they mature into young adults. She takes a natural and wholistic approach to both her and her family’s health and wellness.

Tell me something most people would not know about you:

Shannon has an innate love of learning; continually seeking out new experiences and opportunities. In her leisure time Shannon enjoys yoga, volunteering, experimenting with recipes, reading, and traveling.

Administratively, Shannon has a keen dedication and focus supporting the CEO, President and the Executive Team. She is committed to building a positive company culture. Keeping with the Mission, Vision and Values of HH&A, her role is important in reinforcing the excellence of Client Service.
