Our client seeks a proactive, results-driven and forward-thinking leader to play a key role in shaping the company for the future. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide both financial and operational support to the company and report on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to GAAP, accounting functions, budget management, cost-benefit analysis, compliance, and forecasting. The CFO will prepare or direct the preparation of reports which summarize and forecast business activity and the company’s financial position in areas of income, expenses, earnings, and cash flow. The CFO will lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic business goals, improve profitability and cash flow, and build long-term enterprise value. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads with humility, integrity, accountability, and respect. You will coach and develop a collaborative team, build a clear roadmap for success, and work closely with leaders across the organization to improve performance, drive growth, and create lasting impact.
The CFO must be an in-the-trenches collaborative business partner who helps ownership and leaders make informed decisions, improve operations, and drive financial performance. By providing clear financial direction and building a strong, accountable team, this role plays a critical part in the company’s continued growth and long-term success.
