The Managing Director will serve as the senior leader of the business, responsible for day-to-day leadership, client ownership, and the execution of strategy for sustainable growth and profitability. This is a hands-on, player-coach role requiring strong business acumen, cultural leadership, and a visible external presence.
The Managing Director will lead and inspire a cross-functional, largely remote team while personally managing some of the firm’s largest and most strategic clients, including Fortune 500 organizations. This individual will also serve as the face of the organization—representing the brand in the business community through client engagements, speaking opportunities, panels, interviews, and thought leadership.

This position reports to the Owner with five (5) direct reports.
The ideal candidate is growth-minded, technologically capable, and well experienced in strategic planning, executive-level client leadership, service delivery, operational excellence, and team development. The Managing Director must build and sustain strong internal and external relationships that deepen existing client partnerships and attract new ones.
This individual is expected to balance strategic leadership with hands-on client and team engagement, operating effectively in a hybrid and relationship-driven environment.
