Our client is looking for an experienced leader that will play an integral part in optimizing and growing the company. The President will be responsible for the overall leadership for the company. This leader’s responsibilities will be broad and include managing all operations and administration either directly or through internal department heads. The successful candidate must be extremely entrepreneurial with a hands-on approach to management. Leadership and motivational skills, as opposed to dictation, are required. It is imperative that the President is a visionary who will be involved in the business’s continuity planning and succession planning processes. The President will be a take-charge, high energy individual who is capable of creating and managing operational processes to ensure this organization’s continued success for another three decades.
