This is an opportunity for a visionary CFO to have a significant impact on a successful company and help to take it to the next level. The CFO will serve as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to the CEO, offering financial expertise, strategic insights, and operational support to achieve goals. They will collaborate closely with other members of the executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across the organization bringing best practices to the company. They will be responsible for managing, directing, and leading the finance, accounting, IT, purchasing, and human resources departments.
This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer with a dotted line to the parent company and has 7 direct reports.

The ideal candidate will be strategic, possess strong financial acumen, and have the ability to adapt to the dynamic and challenging environment of the construction industry. The CFO should embrace change and proactively drive transformation initiatives across the organization. This involves staying abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes, and leading initiatives to adapt processes, systems, and strategies.
