Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate leader who will play an integral part in continuing the growth and profitability of the company. The primary role of the Chief Financial Officer will be creating and managing the company’s financial position and vision. S/he will be responsible for all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to finance, forecasting, budget management, cost-benefit analysis, financing, return on investment, return on equity and return on capital employed. The CFO will be an integral and essential part of the executive management team and will actively participate in the future visioning of the company as it grows both organically and through strategic acquisition. The CFO will partner with members of the executive team by providing consultative support for planning initiatives, analyses, and recommendations.

This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and interacts with the board of directors. The CFO has one (1) direct report and ten (10) indirect reports.
