Our client is looking for an experienced operational leader that will play a key role in continuing to create a best-in-class business. The ideal candidate must have distinguished themselves within a service-oriented industry. The CEO will be responsible for the overall leadership of this business segment. This leader’s responsibilities will be broad and include aggressive implementation of both strategic and tactical objectives. The desired candidate will plan, execute, and coordinate the segment’s ability to deliver results that impact the top and bottom lines. The CEO must be dedicated to developing people and be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and extremely hands-on, the CEO must possess the ability to integrate cross-functional/matrixed teams in a multi-state and multi-site business structure. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, high-energy, and collaborative leader who is capable of aligning teams around a shared vision of achieving needle-moving performance objectives.
This position reports to the Holding Company Board of Directors and has seven (7) direct reports.
This position calls for a CEO that will actively participate both strategically and tactically while helping to execute the current and future strategies of the segment. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and proven leader with a strong commercial and financial understanding with broad cross-functional responsibilities. The CEO will be part of a highly collaborative Executive Leadership Team and as such, must have the integrity, insight, and substance to act on behalf of the well-being of the segment. This includes management of internal and external relationships as necessary to assure alignment and compliance with segment-defined standards.
CEO will define and implement plans focused on optimizing the segment’s results. They will implement executable recommendations that include all activities necessary to ensure that the segment exceeds both top and bottom-line results.
