III. Candidate Screening, Analysis & Interviewing

  • As names begin to be generated, in-person interviews will be undertaken. No individual will be sent to meet a client without our primary face-to-face interview first.
  • After candidates have been interviewed a Comparative Candidate Matrix will be prepared of the top 5-6 individuals, comparing their employment history, technical skills, and management experience - along with resumes and other supporting documents.
  • A personal meeting is held between HH&A consultant and the Hiring Authority to discuss each candidate. Formal interviews will be scheduled at that time.
  • Candidates will then meet with management. A HH&A consultant usually is present to facilitate these interviews.
